I redesigned a real estate website with the goal of making it easy and enjoyable for young home buyers to find their perfect home. The design reflects the client’s strong community involvement, creating a welcoming space for visitors while keeping things simple and functional.
The original website felt dark, generic, and disconnected from Huntington Realty Group’s mission of helping young, first-time homebuyers navigate the home-buying process with confidence. While the company is deeply involved in its local community, the website did little to communicate that warmth, guidance, or personal connection.
Limited content, minimal imagery, and unclear calls to action made it difficult for visitors to understand what set the company apart or what steps to take next.
During our initial conversations, it became clear that Huntington Realty Group’s greatest strengths weren’t being reflected online. The company was deeply committed to helping young homebuyers and supporting its local community, yet the existing website felt generic and disconnected from that mission.
To better understand the market, I reviewed websites from other real estate companies and identified opportunities to create a more welcoming and engaging experience. I then developed wireframes and restructured the content to create a clearer user flow and highlight what made Huntington Realty Group different.
I also crafted the website content, shaping the messaging around the client’s passion for helping buyers find homes and build lasting connections within their community.
The redesigned website gives Huntington Realty Group a warmer, clearer, and more approachable online presence. Brighter visuals, welcoming imagery, and a more structured layout help visitors quickly understand who the company serves and what makes their approach different.
The site now better reflects the client’s passion for helping young homebuyers feel supported through the home-buying process. Clearer messaging and more intentional calls to action create a stronger path for visitors to learn more, connect, and take the next step.
This Phase 1 launch focused on building a stronger foundation for the brand, with room to expand through testimonials, featured listings, blog content, and future marketing updates.
